bdik Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

bdik is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and related gaming services to eligible adult members in Bangladesh. The platform operates in English and denominates all account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and bonuses in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to every person who accesses, browses, registers with, or otherwise uses the bdik website at bdik.io and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions of the platform. These Terms govern the entire relationship between bdik and the Member from the moment an account is created.

By creating a bdik account you confirm that you: (a) are at least 21 years of age; (b) are resident in or accessing the platform from Bangladesh; (c) are not acting on behalf of any third party; (d) are accessing the platform solely for your own personal entertainment; and (e) accept these Terms in full without reservation.

bdik reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to Members via the registered email address on their account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the bdik website, its mobile interface, all games, the sportsbook, the live casino, account management pages, and all associated services accessible at bdik.io.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered a bdik account and whose account remains in good standing.
• "Account Balance" means the total BDT value held in a Member's bdik wallet at any given time, inclusive of any unreleased bonus funds where specified.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit awarded to a Member's account by bdik, subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total BDT value that must be staked on eligible games before bonus funds are converted to real, withdrawable balance.
• "Verification Documents" refers to government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and any payment verification materials requested by bdik under its Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the bdik platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action listed under Section 9 of these Terms that bdik expressly forbids and which may result in account suspension or termination.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active bdik account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, Members are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. The submission of false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• Members must provide a valid email address that they own and control. This email will be used for all account-related communications including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts.
• bdik reserves the right to request Verification Documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other point deemed appropriate by the bdik compliance team.
• Accounts that remain unverified after a reasonable period of notice from bdik may be restricted or closed at bdik's discretion.
• Members must not register or operate an account on behalf of another person. All bets, deposits, and transactions must be conducted solely by the registered account holder.
• bdik reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

Use of the bdik platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction applies universally to all Members regardless of the specific game type, betting market, or service being accessed.

bdik operates an age verification process as part of its KYC procedures. At any point, bdik may request the following Verification Documents to confirm that the account holder meets the minimum age requirement:

• A valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
• A valid passport showing date of birth and photograph.
• A valid Bangladesh driving licence issued by BRTA.

Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the period specified in bdik's request will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied until verification is successfully completed. bdik will not process withdrawals on any account that has not completed the full KYC verification process.

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their bdik account credentials, including username and password. bdik strongly recommends using a unique password not used on any other platform and enabling any additional security features made available on the platform from time to time.

• bdik staff will never contact a Member to request their account password, bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, Rocket PIN, or any other payment credential. Any communication purporting to be from bdik that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Members must notify bdik immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their bdik account by contacting [email protected] or via the in-account live chat function.
• bdik accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a Member's failure to maintain the security of their own account credentials, provided that bdik has not been negligent in its own security obligations.
• If a Member suspects that their account has been compromised, they should change their password immediately and contact bdik support. bdik may temporarily freeze the account while an investigation is conducted.
• Members must log out of their bdik account after each session, particularly when accessing the platform from a shared or public device.

All deposits to and withdrawals from a bdik account are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdik does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. No currency conversion fees are applied, as the BDT is the native account currency.

Deposits: bdik accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposit processing times vary by payment method; mobile money deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the member's account balance within seconds of confirmation.

Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. bdik reserves the right to amend this minimum deposit threshold from time to time with reasonable notice to Members.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• The withdrawal method must correspond to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, unless specifically approved otherwise by the bdik compliance team.
• Withdrawals of real cash balance (i.e., funds derived from deposits and winnings, net of any unapplied bonus wagering requirements) are typically processed within one business day of the request being approved by the bdik payments team.
• bdik reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 or that are considered unusual in the context of the Member's account history.
• Funds credited to an account as bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied in accordance with the terms of the relevant promotion.

bdik offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between general promotional terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players and are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance.
• bdik reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including in circumstances where bdik reasonably suspects that a Member is exploiting the promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
• Members who are subject to self-exclusion, account restrictions, or any form of responsible gaming limitation are not eligible to receive bonus offers during the period of any such restriction.
• Bonuses are awarded in BDT and cannot be converted to any other currency or transferred between accounts.

All bets placed on the bdik sportsbook and all wagers made on bdik casino games are subject to the specific game rules and sportsbook rules published on the relevant section of the platform. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager.

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the Member, except where bdik's specific early cash-out or bet cancellation features expressly permit such action.
• bdik reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that has been subject to a system error, pricing error, or data feed failure that resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being displayed to Members.
• In-play betting markets on cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are suspended automatically during breaks in play, wicket reviews, and other official stoppages. Bets placed during the brief window preceding a suspension are settled on the officially confirmed result.
• The minimum single bet amount on the bdik sportsbook is ৳50. The maximum single bet amount on any market is determined by bdik at its discretion and may vary by market, sport, and event.
• Casino game outcomes on bdik — including all slot games, live dealer games, and table games — are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. bdik does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the bdik platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, the forfeiture of your account balance, and the reporting of your conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, these limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.

• bdik is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, whether or not bdik has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• bdik does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows, connectivity issues, and technical faults beyond bdik's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. bdik is not liable for losses arising from such unavailability.
• bdik is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or availability of third-party internet connections used by Members to access the platform. Members are responsible for ensuring that their internet connection is sufficient to support gameplay and live betting.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bdik's liability for death or personal injury caused by bdik's gross negligence or fraud.

bdik collects, processes, and stores personal data in connection with account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and customer support. • By creating a bdik account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• bdik uses SSL encryption across all pages of the platform to protect data in transit. Sensitive personal and payment data is stored in encrypted form.
• bdik does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially transfer Member personal data to third parties, except as required by applicable law or as necessary to process payments through bdik's authorised payment partners.
• Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected]. bdik will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable data protection obligations.

bdik reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments may be made for reasons including but not limited to changes in applicable law, changes to the platform's product offering, changes in payment processing arrangements, or to reflect improved responsible gaming standards.

• Material amendments to these Terms will be communicated to all registered Members via the email address on file at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where earlier implementation is required by applicable law or urgent operational necessity.
• Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information — may take effect immediately upon publication on the bdik website.
• The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this document. Members are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.
• If a Member does not wish to be bound by any amended Terms, they must cease using the bdik platform and may close their account by contacting [email protected] prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
